Staff

Lynda earned a Bachelors in Communication Sciences & Disorders from OSU and a Masters in Early Childhood Special Education at UCO.  She has worked with children for over 30 years, and has been at The Launching Pad for over 25 years!  Lynda has been married to her husband Chris for 27 years, and they have two sons, Christopher and Jaxson.  Lynda is an OSU fan and loves reading and listening to the ocean.

Tracey has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Early Childhood from the University of Central Oklahoma and has spent over 30 years working with children, from infants through school age. She has been at The Launching Pad for over 25 years. Tracey has been married for over 28 years, is a proud grandma, and both of her children attended The Launching Pad starting when they were six weeks old. She enjoys gardening and crocheting and is an OU fan.

Jennifer, Kitchen & Pets

Jennifer has a Bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology.  She has over 23 years of experience with kids,  all right here at The Launching Pad!  Jennifer loves animals and has a family of dogs, cats, a box turtle, a tortoise, and a bearded dragon.  She enjoys reading as well as listening to audiobooks with her animals.

"I love watching the kids grow and seeing how their tastes change as they try new things.  I also love maintaining the pets and fish for everyone to enjoy!"

Abby, Curriculum Coordinator

Abby is working on her Bachelors in Early Childhood Development and has spent over 20 years in childcare.  She has been at The Launching Pad for 8 years, both in the classroom, and now as Curriculum Coordinator.  Abby has been married for five years and has a beautiful baby boy. She loves hanging out with friends and family, setting up events, being creative, and traveling!

Kylee, Floater

Kylee is currently working towards her  Bachelor's Degree in Forensics and Photography. She has been working at The Launching Pad for over 2 years. She loves watching sports, whether in person or on TV (Go Kings, 49ers, and Braves)! Kylee does freelance photography in her free time. She also enjoys going to concerts!

Natalie, Floater

Natalie is working toward her Associates Degree in Graphic Design at Oklahoma City Community College. She is a former Launching Pad alumni and has been working at The Launching Pad for over two years. She loves to read, draw, and design! Natalie also enjoys watching movies with her family. Her favorite movie is Interstellar, and favorite book is Rebecca!

Michaela, Floater

Michaela has her Bachelors in Psychology and Early Childhood Education from Mid-America Christian University! She is excited to start her Early Childhood journey here at The Launching Pad. Michaela loves to read, write, and draw. She also enjoys and is good at playing various sports.

Summer, Floater

Summer has a special connection to The Launching Pad, as she attended TLP herself when she was younger! Now, she has returned as part of our teaching team and enjoys caring for children through all their different ages and stages. In her free time, Summer loves relaxing and watching all kinds of movies.
