Staff

Lynda earned a Bachelors in Communication Sciences & Disorders from OSU and a Masters in Early Childhood Special Education at UCO.  She has worked with children for over 25 years, and has been at The Launching Pad for 20 years!  Lynda has been married to her husband Chris for 22 years, and they have two sons, Christopher and Jaxson.  Lynda is an OSU fan and loves reading and listening to the ocean.

Tracey has a Bachelors degree in Elementary and Early Childhood from the University of Central Oklahoma, and she has spent 28 years working with children, from infants through school age.  She has been at The Launching Pad for 20 years, with the last 16 of those being Assistant Director!  Tracey has been married over 21 years and both of her children attended The Launching Pad, starting when they were six weeks old.  She enjoys scrapbooking and is a fan of OU and the OKC Thunder.

Jennifer, Kitchen & Pets

Jennifer has a Bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology.  She has 18 years of experience with kids,  all right here at The Launching Pad!  Jennifer loves animals and has a family of dogs, cats, a box turtle, a tortoise, and a bearded dragon.  She enjoys reading as well as listening to audiobooks with her animals.

"I love watching the kids grow and seeing how their tastes change as they try new things.  I also love maintaining the pets and fish for everyone to enjoy!"

Aron, Communications Director

Aron has a Bachelors in Liberal Studies from Oklahoma Christian University and has spent over 20 years in childcare.  She has been at The Launching Pad for 15 years, both in the classroom, and now as Communications Director.  Aron has been married for almost eight years and has two beautiful children and a beloved dog, Lolli.  She loves being creative - painting, drawing, and creating are her favorite things!

"I love helping teachers reach their classroom goals!  I really enjoy helping inform parents about the great things happening at TLP."

Abby C., Floater

Abby is currently working towards a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies from UCO and plans to also receive her ASL Interpreter Certification in the near future. She grew up at The Launching Pad and has been here as a teacher for over 6 years. Abby has been married for just under 2 years, has a beautiful little boy, and a hyper Aussie puppy named Kodo. She loves reading, crocheting, and spending time outside with her family.

"I love the chance I get as a floater to be in each classroom and form a relationship with each child that walks through the door. Every single one of them is unique and special to me. I don't take lightly the opportunity I get to make an impact in the lives of these children."

Mandy, Substitute Teacher

Mandy has her Bachelor's Degree in Family Studies Child Development from Oklahoma Christian University. She has worked in childcare for many years. Mandy worked at TLP  10 years ago and now she is back!  She is happily married and they have three rambunctious boys in school. Mandy enjoys crafts, painting, being outside and her most favorite thing is laying in a hammock with a good book on a warm sunny day!
